■ Article 5: Posted Content
Copyright in posted content belongs to the user who posted it.
Users represent that they have the rights and permissions necessary to post or input their content and grant the operator a free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, format, store, back up, transmit, and display that content only to the extent necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with the content's sharing settings.
Content whose audience is restricted, including content in private or limited-access rooms, will not be used for publicity or marketing. If the operator wishes to use such content for research or another purpose beyond providing the service, the operator will obtain separate consent or process it so that individuals and rooms cannot be identified.
■ Article 6: AI Thinking Assist
- AI Thinking Assist is a support feature that helps users generate, organize, analyze, and turn ideas into action plans. On supported environments, it uses an on-device AI feature provided and managed by the browser, such as Chrome's LanguageModel API.
- Availability and performance depend on the browser, operating system, device specifications, storage capacity, model status, and the browser provider's specifications. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful completion.
- AI output is a suggestion or hypothesis and may contain errors, bias, outdated information, or fabricated information. Labels such as “supported by evidence,” “cause,” or “conclusion” do not mean that a source or professional has verified the content.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the output. This feature does not replace literature review, experiments, analysis, or professional judgment. Primary sources or qualified professionals must be consulted before using output for research, medical, legal, financial, safety-related, or other important decisions.
- When on-device AI is used, processing takes place through the browser's built-in function. AI-generated sticky notes, areas, arrows, and other elements applied to a board are saved to the room and may be viewed by its participants.
- “Copy to AI” is an operation performed by the user to use an external AI service. The terms and privacy policy of the destination service apply, and the user is responsible for checking the information before sending it.
- The operator may change, restrict, suspend, or terminate this feature in response to browser or API changes, security requirements, or operational needs.
■ Article 7: Suspension or Interruption of Service
The operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice in the following cases:
- System maintenance or updates
- Force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
- System failures or accidents
- Other cases where the operator deems it necessary
The operator is not responsible for damages arising from such suspension or interruption.
■ Article 8: Account Suspension or Deletion
The operator may suspend or delete an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- The user violates these Terms.
- False registration information is discovered.
- The account has not been used for over one year, after prior notice where appropriate.
- The user does not respond to inquiries for over 30 days.
- The operator otherwise determines action to be appropriate.
■ Article 9: Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The service is provided without warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, safety, usefulness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The operator is not responsible for disputes between users or damages caused by failures of external services such as Stripe.
■ Article 10: Paid Services and Payments
Payments for this service are processed through Stripe. The service does not store payment card information.
A paid service contract is established when payment is successfully completed through Stripe.
As a general rule, refunds or cancellations for user convenience are not accepted.
For subscription services, users may cancel at any time. Once cancellation is completed, the paid service ends and no further charges will be made. No prorated refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
The service may also provide one-time purchase services that grant usage rights for a fixed period.
Refunds may be considered individually only in limited cases, such as:
- The paid service has not been provided.
- Providing the service is clearly impossible.
- There is serious negligence on the operator's side.
■ Article 11: Changes or Termination of Service
The operator may change or terminate the service without prior notice. Where urgency is low, prior notice may be provided.
■ Article 12: Changes to Terms
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Continued use after revision is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
■ Article 13: Notices and Contact
Notices and communications regarding the service will be made by methods determined by the operator, such as email or in-site notifications.
■ Article 14: No Assignment
Users may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without prior consent from the operator.
■ Article 15: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
